Should we always mention the campus?

I agree that the universities themselves make it confusing.

I do not see how it is lying to say you went to Penn State,
no matter which campus you received your degree from.

If a prospective employer wants more info,
they can ask.

After you have experience in your field,
and are out of college a few years, I do not think it matters much.

Lying on your resume is a big deal, even if you think it's not.  Don't tell someone something that isn't true, especially if they are able to check.  YOU know what you can call your school, so just go with that.  It would suck to get a job, and then get fired 3 weeks later because they checked your credentials and saw that you lied.

I am not sure if it is lying.
I  am not  telling anyone how to put things on there resume.


My original post kind of puts it in perspective.
