bjcheung77 Mod Edit: Basically, Patience is a virtue... Please review my post #2 and #4 - You should only need to email them once indicating you have all the completed classes and your application for graduation. Do not send them more than that one email with your graduation application.
As an example, they only have one person responding to emails, they don't get paid overtime for this and previously, many days I've noticed Nancy Parks (or the new individual) respond early in the morning or late at night, even on the weekends, and they try to answer many questions.
Don't be the person who sends them more than that one time, if you and the 1,000 or so people looking to graduate all send them 10, 20, 30 emails, that's 10-30,000 emails for one person to go through! Again, don't be the person creating the backlog, they'll go through the backlog accordingly and complete this for you.
