From what I can see, here's what you still need:
Civic Engagement - Am Govt (Sophia) or POLS 103: Comparative Politics (SDC)
2 UL AoS courses (Coopersmith or SDC)
1 200-level AoS course (you'd want to do a CS course here to meet your ASNSM requirements anyway)

For the ASNSM in CS, you need 18cr of CompSci courses and 9cr of Math, NatSci or CS.  I'm going to guess that everything you took at the CC except for CIS105 Survey Comp Info Systems will come in as ITS or CYB or something that will not count towards CS (IT is not CS).  CS is more theory, while IT is applied, therefore those courses generally don't work.

Since College Algebra, Comp Info Sys and Meteorology are used in the GE area, you can't use them in the AoS. So really all you have in the CS AoS is Environmental Science and Intro to IT.  You will need to do a bunch of courses to get those CS credits.

Sophia
Intro to Statistics (Math)
Human Biology (NatSci)
Intro to Chemistry (NatSci)
Intro to Programming with Python (CS)
Intro to Relational Databases (CS)
Intro to Java Programming (CS)

SDC (LL will meet ASNSM objective, while UL will meet ASNSM objective AND get your UL needed for the BALS)
COMPSCI 105: Intro to Operating Systems
COMPSCI 112: Programming in C++
COMPSCI 114: Programming in R
COMPSCI 201: Data Structures & Algorithms
COMPSCI 307: Software Engineering
BUS 303: Management Info Systems (UL)
COMPSCI 302: Systems Analysis & Design (UL)
COMPSCI 303: Database Management (UL)
COMPSCI 306: Computer Architecture (UL)

I personally would recommend getting your UL credits from SDC in CS, because it kills 2 birds with 1 stone.  Otherwise, you'll pay $300 to get the UL Coopersmith credits and then still have to do SDC to get your CS credits, which doesn't make any sense.  You should always look at what will give you the most bang for your buck, and UL CS courses will do that, and for less money ($235).

Thanks so much for the details! I was wondering if the csm learn (which I just realized I forgot to post) would work for their quantitative and then the Algebra could go towards the aos?

Also, I believe TESU will give credit to my one son that has the Network+ and Security+ certs. Would these work in the aos?

It was UL when they took it. Interesting.
