As Rachel83AZ said, you have to look forward rather than backwards. Looking backward is saying "I took all of these credits and I want to fit them into a degree, no matter what." Looking forward is saying "What will it cost in time and money to complete XYZ degree?" You may be able to use some of your previous credits, and it's of course smart to use as many credits as you can. But, if it means that you pay more and take longer to get a degree that will use your previous credits, then it's not the best path forward.
Looking at your classes, you have TONS of GE stuff, I would say that you have almost everything you need to get a BALS at TESU, a BLS at EU, or the BLS at UMPI quickly and easily.
For TESU, you need:
Ethics (Sophia)
12cr of LL AoS courses (Sophia - so Visual Comm, Business Comm, A&P, Conflict Resolution, EnvironSci, Intro to Stats, Python Programming, Microbiology - all come into the AoS as 200-level which you need)
15cr of UL AoS courses - can be done via Study.com or Coopersmith, you'll need to make sure you take UL courses that count in the AoS though
Cornerstone & Capstone at TESU
For EU, you need:
Ethics (Sophia)
18cr of UL AoS courses - can be done via Study.com or Coopersmith, you'll need to make sure you take UL courses that count in the AoS though
9cr of UL Free Electives - SDC, Coopersmith (and Prin of Mgmt at Sophia)
Cornerstone, InfoLit & Capstone at EU
For UMPI, you need:
Hands-on art (take at UMPI)
Spanish (Sophia)
Ethics (Sophia)
6-7 courses in the major (take at UMPI)
2-3 courses of your choice (take at UMPI to total 30cr)
It just depends on which way you want to go - TESU/EU is best for non-Competency-based, while UMPI will be your best bet for Competency-based. All are perfectly good options.
