Start with the GEC. You'll be able to fulfill everything except 2D and 4A with Sophia. That will give you time to decide if you want the BLS or the BABA.

This will show you which Sophia courses will fill the various areas of the GE:

You'll need at least 40 credits in the GEC. The same course can be used to fill multiple areas.
