Same here and it still isn't fixed, despite multiple mentions. I have been finished with everything else for quite some time.

Email about it and only this correction. State specifically what is wrong and what needs to be corrected. Keep in mind that she's swamped. She's the only academic advisor for around 400 students. Why she doesn't have help, I don't know.
