Average Milestones per Undergraduate Class?

There are so many various variables in play as well, doesn't the professor have any say on number of assignments versus another professor?  Or are all the classes provided by only one professor in a specific course subject matter?  Many questions, but only time will tell, I would just play it safe and prepare and work the best you can on courses you're left with or remaining for your degree.

The majority of courses were created by Strut especially the business courses and much of the GEC. There's 1 professor per session. The professors didn't create the Strut courses. I know Spanish 1 was created by the Spanish professor. The professors don't have the ability to make changes to most courses because they are white labeled by Strut.
