Does UMPI offer art classes ? If yes what’s final assignment? Is there any other class that cover art requirements?

Have you completed ART108? If not, review these two threads, I just updated one recently...
Basically, If your advisor says this course works for your degree, take the ART108.
It should be an easy introduction course... You should take this over anything else.

On campus, UMPI offers studio art courses. These are not available in YourPace. Currently, YourPace students have 3 options: HUM103, ART108, and ENG211. ART108 is a very basic intro to graphic design course where you use free software such as Canva. You don't use anything as complex as PhotoShop or Illustrator. The Final Assessment is a PowerPoint.

ENG 211 is Introduction to creative writing. The final assignment is a portfolio consisting of 3 poems, a short story and an observational essay. These are worked on individually in the milestones and the professor gives feedback. Then from the feedback received, you submit your draft then your final.

HUM103 is also a paper.

@Sara143, if you're looking for an ART's course, then the ART108 is recommended... If you're looking for more writing, then the HUM or the ENG course would suit you more. I would quickly check which is what you want to take...

This course is leaving after this summer so you need to take it right now if you want it. If this is what you want, then you can't wait until Fall 1 for it.
