Need advice on school choice and quickest plan for completion

TESU transfer limitations for each degree are as follows:

- 30 credits MINIMUM from an RA institution (2-year or 4-year)
- 90 credits MAXIMUM from all community college sources
- UNLIMITED credits from 4-year universities
- 90 credits MAXIMUM from foreign credit sources
- 90 credits MAXIMUM from ACE/NCCRS sources (not a true limit, per se, but 120 total minus 30 RA = 90 ACE/NCCRS; additional transfers will be unused in the degree but will still go on the transcript)

As you can see, this adds up to significantly more than the 120 credits needed for a degree. It's a bit confusing at first because TESU scatters this information across their site. However, don't worry about transfer limits due to attending a CC in the past.
