In theory this sounds good, but I have notice over the last few years what is acceptable in a handful of states (probably more, I've only looked at a few) has changed. There used to be a time that online wasn't acceptable - I don't believe a wiki for this site would be properly maintained. There are numerous online sites that regularly update CPA requirements for each state.
