If you are within the same border counties, you're charged the $750 rate, if you're outside those, you're at $930. If you take two terms at $930, that's $1860 and 3 would be $2790. Two terms at UMPI is already $2800, you're going to finish at UMPI faster though... Again, you decide if that extra session/term is worth it or not. Both are Public/State systems and you should be fine with either, I would still recommend the TAMUC options as it's closer to you & more recognized in your area.
