Darn, that's stupid! (Not you, the requirements for "Social Science" and not History.) As I'm sure you've already discovered, Social Science doesn't seem to be as widely available as History degrees. Alas.
In that case, I would suggest going to TESU for Liberal Studies, then attend UMPI for one session as a non-degree student for the relevant History classes, and finish up at NU with your Social Sciences degree. Unless someone else has an easier/cheaper degree suggestion for a Social Science degree, that'll probably be your best bet.
