I am planning on using external sources like Study.Com, Sophia.Org, StraighterLine, Saylor.org, CLEP, etc. for the 82 out of 89 credits. I will complete 7 credits at Excelsior (Cornerstone course 3.0 credits, Information Literacy 1.0 credits, Strategic Management Capstone 3.0 credits).

Please share your experience/tips in order to my complete my degree in the quickest and cheapest manner.

Unless you can pass CLEP exams without studying, I think it's easier to earn credit on Sophia, Study, Coopersmith, etc.
