BTW, what happened to the chemistry course? I don't see it on the courses list anymore.

I don't see it either. From browsing other groups, someone mentioned that it was listed by mistake and is still tentative for that time period. So check back in a month to see if it gets added back.

I see the new chem course being offered as Fall C now, interestingly the same term as chemistry for engineers.

Yes, I noticed the same thing. In addition, the course "cannot be used for major credit in chemical or biochemical sciences," according to the course notes. Regardless, it would be interesting to know whether CHM 101 would appear on the transcript as a course + lab or not. Other for-credit courses I've taken at ASU in the past did not, despite being lab intensive.
