SDC proctor tips?

I’m going to be finishing my first Study.com class soon. I had a terrible experience with the proctor for my CLEP exam and want to be prepared. I’m sure things like multiple monitors aren’t allowed (my set up has these, so I realize I’ll have to take them down). But my CLEP proctor also made me remove my heavy printer from my desk and empty my desk drawers, both huge inconveniences that weren’t mentioned in their guidelines. Are the proctor rules with SDC like this? I plan to take several SDC classes so I may need to consider taking the exams somewhere other than my home office. I can’t keep dismantling my office for each of these tests.
