Most universities in the US also have the graduate order their own, but if the program stated it was included, then it must be included - there's no discussion here, it's simply a matter of deceptive advertising if they don't follow thru on what's promised.

Not always, but this Uni is struggling financially, and would benefit from a robust, active alumni association that can fund scholarships and other events. PR goes a long way, treating graduates like VIPs rather than an annoyance goes a really long way.
