Hm i always thought it is normal practice to charge for verification of the degree if you intend to use it in a different country labor market.

"I'd be interested in seeing what ENEB, NA doctorates, etc. are compared as if anyone would like to be brave enough to request an evaluation."

If the degree hold's ECTS point's you could get an estimate your self, by just looking how they validate those points in Ireland/Uk.

These aren't degree verifications, just comparisons to that country's academic qualifications for employment/further education.
