Like how difficult were they?I took these classes and this is how I found the difficulty level. It may be different for you since you may be good at different things than I am and therefore find your experience with these classes to be different.
Intermediate Business Computing Easy (and fun for me

Financial Management Hard (extremely long course with a test. Remember to memorize the formulas because the test is heavy on math using the regular formulas and excel formulas.)
Spreadsheet Application Easy (because I love spreadsheets, If you don't, you may not like it)
mathematics for business Easy (just make sure you can complete the problems in the coursework, and you should be fine)
project risk & cost management Hard (surprisingly hard test)
database management systems Medium (would be easy if the course focused more on how to use Microsoft access for creating databases)
project management applications I Easy
project management applications II Easy
Strategic and Professional Communication Medium/Hard
Federal Tax I Medium
Also, there are a lot of courses on that list that you can take on study.com, which will be cheaper than doing them at UMPI
Here is a link to my degree plan. The other degree plans on that spreadsheet are not up to date so I would only look at the Double major tab.
CLEP - 7 Courses, Study.com - 11 Courses, Sophia - 15 Courses, CSM Learn, INSTANTCERT - Spanish I, Coursera - Google Data Analytics Certificate.
