No, it's not. It's just a short list of colleges/universities sorted by state, nothing much to do with alternative credit. Easy way to resolve this is open both links, the Study.com link and the list of colleges by state. Compare the two as the Study.com shows partners in alphabetical order, so does the list of colleges by state.
Basically, you can get as many 'transfer credits' from Florida institutions and graduate from one of the recommended schools we have listed on this board.
