I highly recommend doing a double degree with TESU to maximize your education and tuition.

1) No, don't apply or enroll at TESU yet, follow the degree wiki plan above
2) RA credits, go with a local community college (online)
3) Again, follow the template, you need to go step by step
4) AP credit for TESU works, they have a transfer page here: Advanced Placement Program (AP)
