All of the options are great, you should decide for yourself by creating a template with several fields entered in. Decide on the program that matches most if not all the fields. An example for myself is, I weigh all the fields, but I put the most weight on "tuition" as I don't have tuition assistance/reimbursement but have plenty of time to go on educational journey of my liking...
