If you're looking to take courses at an actual college, there are far better options than TESU or EC. I mean, like hundreds of options that will be better/cheaper than either school.
If you want to bring in 90 alt-credits (or however many you need) to TESU, or 113 alt-credits to EC, then either one is a great option. It really just depends on what you want to get your degree in.
For a BSL, EC is the cheaper of the 2, but requires more UL credit.
I'd probably take a look at UMPI as well.
