Hundreds of international schools accept U.S. financial aid. In the past, financial aid couldn't be used for foreign online programs. I don't know if that rule has changed.

Good news for those attending participating institutions. Congress granted a waiver to allow American students to receive financial aid for online courses until June 30, 2022. This was extended to June 2023. Jump on the opportunity now. Normally, no courses can be taken online when receiving financial aid at non-U.S. institutions.
