Yes they have to approve your Milestones. They will make comments. It can take a few days.

I didn’t find how many words I have write to reply each milestone. Do you have any idea? Thanks again

If the professor has a word count it will be included in the instructions. I did not find that most professors required a specific number of words rather you had to fully answer all of the questions asked. They want to see that you know and understand the subject being covered.
