If you need UL credit, there is also the UExcel Pathophysiology exam.
Study.com's course isn't on the WGU transfer guide on Study. You'd have to check and see if they will accept the UExcel exam.

Where are you looking? I am looking at the WGU agreement on their website and there's nothing from Study about Pathophysiology. It's not on Study.com's page either.
