You should verify with the school you intend to transfer these to that they will award credits for these courses. Is there a specific college or university you're looking at to enroll in later down the road? Basically, your best option and my recommendation - I would be on the safe side and use these courses/credits for knowledge, you can confirm with the other universities that they will take these credits for transfer...
Hello and thanks for replying! I do speak Chinese/Cantonese (if it's natural language that you're talking) but it's way more difficult to find accredited courses in those as I'm currently not a student anymore. I'll be studying an MSc in Europe soon though and am thinking about reaching out to my department to change my programme to CS (I am in the same department with CS but my academic background would probably get me rejected if I applied for CS directly so I took a detour), so I assumed that getting some European CS credits before the semester starts might help?
(And yes I do want to learn the courses for knowledge but the ECTS is a bonus I can't miss lol, I think most of the European Unis are fine with recognising ECTS credits)
