Quantitative Analysis (MAT-303) - Coopersmith (UL)
MAT-301 History of Mathematics - TESU (UL)

Your 16-credit-term does not NEED to entirely consist of courses directly related to your degree. It could be electives. So, you could do: Capstone, cornerstone, PLA-100, Calc III, History of Math, Liberal Arts Math (or some other similarly easy course).
