Yes, she will need 24 UL credits outside of the minor. They can be in anything. The majority of them will also need to be completed at UMPI - not all of them. This info is on the degree audit you get once you're enrolled. The advisor completes the degree audit and emails it to you. The minor doesn't apply to the 24 UL credits.

Yes, I know the 30 credit requirement. It's the 24 UL requirement that is throwing me off. The post above doesn't show 24 taken at UMPI, it shows 21 UL's.

I transferred in a few UL courses. All don't have to be completed at UMPI. The majority do but not all.

I searched through my emails from my advisor looking for my degree audit and here's what it says about the 24 UL credits:

Elective Requirements: Students must
take a minimum of 24 credit hours of
upper-level electives beyond courses
taken for the general education core
and minor requirements.

Residency Requirements: 30 credit hours at UMPI- 12 must be
in the major (Major includes the minor and upper level
electives) and 9 of those 12 must be 300 level or higher
