Back in 2016, I had a few that I either registered for but didn't take, or took and failed - all showed up as W's, which did not hurt my GPA.
Now, they don't even show up on your transcript at all, unless you pass.
So no downside to taking a TECEP except for money correct? And when I sign up I can take it any time during the term, and can only take it once ever right?
You can take it at any time during the registered term and you can retake it once in a different term.
