ASU's non-proctored courses

My assignment was finally graded, so I clicked on the link to complete the course. I've searched around for some way to convert it for credit, but I haven't found anything so far. Clicking on the "View course results" button brings me to a "You don't have access to view this resource." page. I'm guessing that it will take time to process, and I will eventually have more options.

Today the "View course results" button changed to an "Access Course" button, but it still results in the Access Denied page. I'm not sure if I should reach out to support at some point?

The exact same thing happened to me, although when I click "Access Course" it takes me to Canvas and I can still access the course. Perhaps this is because I am enrolled in another ULC course that also uses Canvas (CIS 308). I haven't reached out to support because I am not in a hurry to get this course transcripted. I don't plan to take any more courses on the Google IT Support Specialist certificate.
