Also I completed about 1.75 not full 2 years worth of credits, which is what you need for any top up program and the system here doesn't allow transfers mid year I would have to end up repeating the second year costing more time and Money. I'm going to have my foreign credots evaluated. Using some equivalencies I found online I have about 75-78 credits, even of only half of them successfully transfer to tesu I would still be saving time and money
