There are so many options for you, and since you're already in the UK, I'm curious, have you looked at "top up" programs from the UK?

All the top up degrees o could find in the UK are for general or mechanical engineering and I was studying Biomedical engineering. Also I completed about 1.75 not full 2 years worth of credits, which is what you need for any top up program and the system here doesn't allow transfers mid year I would have to end up repeating the second year costing more time and Money. I'm going to have my foreign credots evaluated. Using some equivalencies I found online I have about 75-78 credits, even of only half of them successfully transfer to tesu I would still be saving time and money
