The foreign eval as your first step is really key here. It may have math courses on it, it may have GE requirements met, or it may just have your RA requirement done - either way, it's important to see what's on there. It may cut WAY back on the time/money/effort it will take you to complete the degree.
Honestly, for $200, it's crazy NOT to do this. You're talking about spending close to $10k for a degree but balk at spending $200 to see how many of your credits will count towards the degree? That's silly. Think of that $200 as an investment.
