TEL learning isn't guaranteed that they will accept the credit transfer into an American university. Some have reported since you took the course at TEL learning and not the college, they won't accept the credit transfer. TEL learning is more a workaround for TESU and COSC RA requirements.
Some of TEL's schools list the courses as "transfer credits", meaning you'll never get them to be accepted anywhere else. Others will not provide a non-TEL syllabus. A syllabus isn't always needed, but may be requested in some instances when transferring from one school to another. This is not something you have to worry about with UMPI courses.
