Step #1 Check the Wiki.
Step #2 Ask DF forum members.
Step #3 Ask TESU Advising by emailing them.
Here are my suggestions for Study.com equivalents:
For MAN-331 Human Resources Management
Business 106: Human Resource Management
Business 306: Strategic Human Resources Management
For MAN-415 Change Management
Business 304: Leading Organizational Change
For MAN-425 Advanced Organizational Management
Business 312: Advanced Operations Management
For MAN-311 Organizational Behavior
Business 107: Organizational Behavior
Business 307: Leadership & Organizational Behavior
PSY-360 Org Theory and PSY-363 Industrial Psychology you already know.
Good advice! I would agree with your suggested route of looking for information except to include the actual sites of the school/credit provider, and also this forum, before asking.
Also agree on the UL for MAN 311, MAN 331, and PSY 360 and PSY 363. I wouldn't attempt the lower level without specific approval from your advisor - I'd hate to see you have to redo those credits because they transferred over wonky or you don't have the required upper-level credits.
I'm very interested to know your sources on the equivalencies for MAN 415 and 425. I haven't found those anywhere, everything in the forum says they don't work, and my advisor declined them, so I'd be thrilled to know if it's changed.
Good luck!

Also, TESU does not consider SDC's BUS 304: Leading Organizational Change to be equivalent, so you have to bring this course in from elsewhere
They also won't use SDC's BUS 312: Advanced Operations Management for MAN-425, so again, it has to come from elsewhere
I think they consider BUS 107: Organizational Behavior to fulfill MAN-311 except that it's not UL
Not sure if you already have the courses you need for this concentration, or if you're going to take them at TESU with a 16cr term; but if you don't have them, it's not alt-credit friendly. Instead, you could get an Org Leadership Cert - but many of the courses won't fit in the AoS, so you'll take more UL courses than normal.
Re: BUS 304/312/107
Yes, that's correct. Thank you for clarifying - I should have been more specific in my post. I forget we're all on different parts of our research journey.
