Interesting indeed... I thought it would just be the "50 states", but seems to also include territories (doesn't mention which ones, I assume all of them)...
Anyways, they seem to have expanded their program to a couple of colleges for their Associates and a couple of universities for their Bachelors!
No Cost Bachelor’s Degree Program
The Free College program is offered by Union Plus to union members and their families in partnership with Paul Quinn College, Central State University, Franklin University, and Eastern Gateway Community College. Designed for working adults, the program is committed to helping students earn an accredited, respected degree, with a flexible schedule, without piling on debt. Launched in 2015, the program has helped more than 90,000 students in every state, territory and the District of Columbia continue on their education journey without paying a penny out of their own pocket.
