Non-stop start and continuous start should mean roughly the same thing. They should be (mostly) self-paced. One or two of them might have exams/due dates that are X days after you signed up for the course. The best way to find out would be to sign up.

Sounds like this one is completely self-paced, at least. I don't see 2017 mentioned anywhere.
