TESU offer a ACE transcript also I read this on this link.

This is out of date information, it is not referring to a TESU transcript, it refers to ACE's past (and much better/logical) system where they did their own in-house transcripts before they bungled everything and outsourced it to Credly. TESU doesn't provide an ACE-specific transcript.
The TESU "Credit Banking Service" likely won't be accepted by other colleges either, as it's not being generated by the original source of credits.
