You have to complete the BLS for this though. You can't just come in and take a minor. Well I guess you could and just leave the school but you won't get a certificate or diploma for it.
If the GEC is waived, and you already have a bachelor's degree so your Electives are also waived, you already have a BLS completed; you can then take 30cr of whatever minus the minor(s).
You would need 120 credits - 30 of which have to be taken at UMPI. A minor is only 18 credits so you would still have 12 credits left and those would fall into the general electives on the degree evaluation. I know because I just went through this. You still have to meet the UL requirements as well.
