If you're going for a WGU Masters, it won't matter which one you go with. In fact, some people may want a "one and done" solution, meaning you can do the BSBA and MBA/MSML at WGU and call it a day. I would look at the overall degree requirements and what courses interest you most, pick something such as a concentration you're into...
