It's an emerging field in Europe and Australia; they have doctoral programs in the field. Some American schools are starting to offer bachelor's and master's programs in cyberpsychology. The person heading Capitol Technology University's program advises law enforcement agencies in Europe. 

I think of cyberpsychology as studying human behavior in a particular setting and not really a true description of what kind of behavior is being studied or the aim of the research. Cyberpsychologists have studied Internet addictions, eating disorders in relation to seeing online images, digital forensics, online behavior, cybercrimes, AI, human factors, and virtual reality. 

I thought the name sounded silly until I saw how many applications it has.
