If the state is going down the tubes so bad and the only thing the Governor can do is to pay people to move into the state then I'm going to do more than just insinuate that he's an idiot.  I'll say it outright.  And it doesn't matter what party he represents because Manchin's a tool too.  If you want to be a Jim Justice apologist that's ok with me but I think he's just another corrupt millionaire politician
