It depends on the institution you're going to, it won't matter how we recommend the courses, if the school in question doesn't take the Foundations course for example, you shouldn't take it. And if the school takes 90 alternative credits, then take them all... you'll get a mix of answers, but you can answer it yourself by viewing the Sophia.org wiki, it shows you the number of "items" you need to do, pick the one that fits you... further to that, a course that interests you more will be faster than a course someone might recommend you over the other - it's your decision, make it.
