Do we create a side presentation (power point) then record ourselves presenting the slides? Are we required to be in the video or just our voice and slides? For example, I thought about sitting in front of my PC, and talk/record as I show each slide. The viewer will see each slide, hear my presentation but I will not be in the video. Is this how its done or we must appear on the video?
Are you in LIB-495 now? If you are, go through my assignment documentation in order:
1) Module 5 - posting the video presentation to the discussion forum for comments. Since all of my comments were positive including from the Mentor, I just resubmitted my link in the Capstone Oral Presentation area. I got 100%. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Zpqq...O6HH0/edit
2) Directions on the video presentation are here. Add some pictures per the guidelines, dress appropriately for your topic, keep between 8-10 minutes, and 12-15 slides. When you upload the presentation, your face recording should be set as the smaller window, picture-in-picture style. https://docs.google.com/document/d/145wc...6C2II/edit
3) How to use Kaltura is in this link. Make sure you have adequate room on your hard drive before starting to record. Yes, I would clear out at least a gig of space before starting to record. https://docs.google.com/document/d/145wc...6C2II/edit
DOUBLE check that these are the same documents as in your own course.
