That is not a business certificate. That is a general education certificate. It is meaningless out in the real world. If you want a business degree? Go for it!
Also, if you don't take at least 15 credits at TESU itself, you'd have to pay $1250 in residency waiver fees. At that point, you'd be much better off just paying the extra $2000 in degree residency waiver fees and getting a full degree.
