RBA Degree at West Virginia University

Okay.... Followup: What's WVU's Regents Bachelors of Arts and how is it different from a typical Bachelors of Arts

It's an adult bachelor degree offered at all West Virginia public colleges.  Much like the Big 3, you can use alternative ACE approved courses to complete the degree and math isn't required for the general education courses.  The degree has a West Virginia residency requirement of 24 credits completed at any WV school such as a community college.  Most schools only have a 3 credit residency in house in order to graduate.

Can it be used in combination with Pierpont BOG AAS to fulfill the requirement?
