Basically, it's interesting indeed, they're trying to gain more market share in Spanish speaking countries, I wonder if they'll do French sooner or later... If they're offering this at an extremely discounted price, that would be an ideal offering for those out of state or international students. Otherwise, we're looking at $353/credit as per their tuition fees link:

They acknowledge that the program could be attractive to international students, but I don't get the impression that's their main motivation. They mention the large — and growing — number of Spanish-speakers in New York state. Particularly, 1.1 million Spanish-speaking people in NY speak English "less than very well." So I think they are mainly offering this with the intention that it will benefit New Yorkers, then maybe Americans more broadly, since there is a very large market in NY (and the US) for Spanish-speakers educated in the ways of business.

Tell me you're not from New York State without telling me you're not from NYS.
There are many Spanish speaking people in NYS. There's 19 million people here so there's bound to be more than 10 people who are fluent in Spanish. Don't forget how many people in NYC and the 5 boroughs. There are many Spanish speakers there. I doubt they're looking at international students. There are also a variety of Spanish languages. Spanish from Spain is far different than Spanish from Central America. There are different verb tenses and pronunciations are different.

Yeah, I'm on the opposite coast, in WA State... Anyways, I was thinking more along the lines of SNHU having an .es or Spanish site for prospective students. Come to think of it now, SNHU being a private institution and SUNY being a public/state institution differ greatly, SUNY should be investing in the local state first, and that's what I missed on. Good catch... Anyways, looking to see if they can break down the tuition more so it'll be affordable for out of state/international students, either way.
