I definitely would not pay for a BALS if you're already getting a more specific degree. A BALS is not going to advance your career all that much. I presume that BSN is nursing, yes? If so, I would either go for the certificate or the CS if you believe that they would enhance your nursing career. A BALS would, in your case, just be a waste of money, IMO.
