It isn't unlikely the others will follow.
The leader of change usually is TESU, with COSC and EC (little information) following.
This change is not that much of a surprise for the "agreement only"-part, TESU was the first with that one. However the 90 max makes it a Big 2 really. Still there are new possibilities also, it just takes more time and money: maybe ASU 10 courses $100 is enough to get this done at COSC anyway. Try finishing up ASAP, although this seems problematic w/ the current amount of Sophia students.
