Anything that already used an online proctoring service should be fine. TESU uses ProctorU, and they are fully operational. RPNow was never down. Examity is working as well.
FYI, Examity has been overwhelmed since they are used to operating out of a callcenter. WGU switched over to them exclusively a while back and many students are still struggling to schedule exams with them. I know that Examity has been trying to get their proctors over to working from home but it's been slow. They have also hired a bunch of new people, but the latest word is that they might start doing something similar to RPnow for a while until they're up to speed.
I haven't heard any issues with ProctorU, so maybe they've been better at switching to WFH for their proctors.
Working on: Debating whether I want to pursue a doctoral program or maybe another master's degree in 2022-23
