Yes, the Capstones for TESU are now similar to a graduate class, it should be that way as it's the final class that caters to reinforcing all the major components/elements of your degree and it helps you with your writing, prepares you for graduate studies. The Big 3 no longer are "easy" as they are more strict, one of the reasons I decided to go with them as they were "semi-mill-ish" prior to those changes, anyways - it's all about keeping their programs accredited. Previously, prior to 2012, all of the Big 3 allowed each and every class to be transferred in. They changed that and started raising requirements and pricing, getting secondary/programmatic accreditation for their respective programs, etc...
